为了实现更大口径的展开天线,现有的单环周边桁架天线容易出现面外刚度不够,有必要进行改进。利用剪式铰展开单元,提出复环桁架天线结构方案,与已有的方案进行设计参数和工程可实现性比较。推导了剪式铰展开单元的刚度矩阵,进行剪式铰桁架天线结构的力学分析。利用广义逆矩阵理论,提出了一种切实有效的数学算法并构造了约束方程及其雅可比矩阵,能够有效地跟踪大型可展杆系结构的复杂运动。进行剪式铰桁架天线的展开过程分析,验证了其可展开性。
In order to achieve a larger diameter antenna deployment, the existing single-ring peripheral truss antenna prone to out-of-plane stiffness is not enough, it is necessary to be improved. Using the scissor hinge to open the unit, the scheme of the complex trussed truss antenna is put forward. Compared with the existing schemes, the design parameters and engineering realizability are compared. The stiffness matrix of the scissor-hinge unit is deduced, and the mechanical analysis of the shear hinge truss antenna structure is carried out. By using the generalized inverse matrix theory, a practical and effective mathematical algorithm is proposed and a constrained equation and its Jacobian matrix are constructed, which can effectively track the complex motion of the large extendable bar structure. The scissor hinge truss antenna deployment process analysis to verify its expandability.
