目的了解安备双硫磷颗粒剂对城镇下水道口积水中孳生的淡色库蚊幼虫的防治效果。方法在一个小区的若干积水下水道口中使用不同剂量的安备,观察不同剂量条件下,安备对淡色库蚊幼虫的杀灭效果和持效期。结果使用低剂量(推荐剂量)的安备防治下水道口积水中的淡色库蚊幼虫,可在2 d内将蚊幼及蛹全部杀死,但其持效性却不是很理想;当使用中等剂量时,可在1 d内将蚊幼及蛹全部杀死,而且其持效性较低剂量也有明显提高;当使用两次施药的措施时,结果显示其持效期达到了4周。结论说明两次施药的措施对下水道口积水中的淡色库蚊幼虫有很好的杀灭和抑制再孳生的效果,是一种比较理想的施药方法。
Objective To understand the preventive and curative effect of the parathion-DP granules on the larvae of Culex pipiens pallens cultured in the sewers of urban sewers. Methods Different doses of paraquat were used in several sewer sewers of a district to observe the killing effect and persistence period of Culex pipiens pallens larvae under different dosage conditions. Results The use of low dose (recommended dose) to control Culex pipiens pallens larvae could kill all the mosquito and pupae within 2 days, but its effectiveness was not very good. When using medium The mosquito and pupae could all be killed within 1 d when the dose was applied, and the dose with lower efficacy was also significantly improved. When the two doses were used, the persistence period was 4 weeks. The conclusion shows that the two measures of applying pesticides can effectively kill and inhibit the re-breeding of Culex pipiens pallens larvae in the sewer water of the sewer, which is an ideal method of application.
