1.当输液针刚插入输液瓶内时,为何会有药液冲出? 原来当护士用针筒把药剂推进输液瓶内时,里面空气体积变小,空气压强增大.因P内>P0(P0为外界气压值),所以当输液针头插入瓶口时,就有药液被压出来,速度很快,直至P内=P0时停止,从而造成不少药液的损失.有经验的护士总是在向输液瓶推进药剂后,再向外抽针筒时顺便抽出一部分空气,使P内在推进药剂后还等于P0.这样就不会造成药液的浪费.
