本文对35例原发性高血压患者糖耐量试验前后的血压、血糖、胰岛素、C肽及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)进行测定及监测,并与正常人对照。结果显示:高血压病组存在高胰岛素血症及胰岛素抵抗现象,RAAS反应性增高。表明高胰岛素血症的高血压患者其RAAS的变化,在高血压的发病中起着一定作用,由糖负荷诱导的急性血压升高及RAAS的变化,在有胰岛素抵抗的高血压患者要比正常人更为明显。高胰岛素血症患者的RAAS持久性反应增高可能是促进高血压病进展的原因之一。
In this paper, 35 patients with essential hypertension before and after glucose tolerance test blood pressure, blood glucose, insulin, C peptide and renin - angiotensin - aldosterone system (RAAS) were measured and monitored, and compared with normal controls. The results showed that there was hyperinsulinism and insulin resistance in hypertension group, and RAAS reactivity increased. The changes of RAAS in hypertensive patients with hyperinsulinemia play a role in the pathogenesis of hypertension. The acute blood pressure induced by glucose load and the changes of RAAS are higher in patients with insulin resistance than in normal patients People are more obvious. Hyperinsulinemia in patients with persistent persistent RAAS may be one of the reasons to promote the progress of hypertension.
