旋毛虫病主要是由旋毛形线虫(Trichinella spiralis)引起的一种严重危害人类健康的人兽共患寄生虫病。旋毛虫生活史的各个阶段均能影响宿主的免疫应答。固有免疫系统由组织屏障、免疫细胞和免疫分子组成,是机体对抗病原体感染的第一道防线。在旋毛虫感染过程中,宿主固有免疫系统发挥保护性免疫效应,同时,旋毛虫及其产物亦可干扰固有免疫应答促进虫体的免疫逃避。深入研究旋毛虫感染对肥大细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、树突状细胞等固有免疫细胞以及组织屏障和相关先天免疫分子的影响机制对旋毛虫病的防控至关重要。
Trichinellosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease that is mainly caused by Trichinella spiralis, a serious health hazard to humans. Trichinella life history of all stages can affect the host’s immune response. The innate immune system, composed of tissue barriers, immune cells and immune molecules, is the body’s first line of defense against pathogen infections. In the process of Trichinella infection, the innate immune system of the host exerts a protective immune effect. At the same time, Trichinella spiralis and its products can also interfere with the innate immune response and promote the immune evasion of parasites. In-depth study of Trichinella infection on mast cells, eosinophils, dendritic cells and other innate immune cells and tissue barriers and related innate immune molecules mechanism of action is essential for the prevention and control of trichinosis.
