第三代核电站控制棒驱动机构冷却系统风机设计

为了满足堆顶组件整体吊装和冷却介质流道的要求,第三代核电站控制棒驱动机构(control rod drive mechanism,CRDM)冷却系统风机采用了有别于在传统压水堆核电站中此类风机的结构和布置形式,研究其性能和鉴定方案是设计该类设备的关键点。通过分析CRDM冷却系统和风机的设计要求,采用传统方法计算主要性能参数,确定了风机的类型和主要结构形式,计算结果表明,第三代核电站CRDM冷却系统风机为非标设计,国内暂无同类成熟产品,其设计需经试验和工程实践检验。针对风机设计中的关键考核点,结合工程经验和标准规范要求,拟定了用于质量鉴定的试验要求和型式试验方案,可为研制此类风机产品提供技术指导。 In order to meet the requirements of the whole hoisting and cooling medium flow path of the top stack components, the control rod drive mechanism (CRDM) cooling system fan of the third generation uses different characteristics from those of conventional fans in conventional PWR nuclear power plants Structure and layout, to study the performance and identification of programs is the key point in the design of such equipment. Aiming at the key assessment points in the fan design, the test requirements and the type test scheme for quality appraisal are formulated according to the engineering experience and the requirements of the standard specifications, which can provide technical guidance for the development of such fan products.
