长期受阳光曝晒的石油化工储罐存在着降温和长效防腐的综合问题。从复合涂层设计的角度出发,将热喷涂牺牲阳极涂层与热反射有机涂料复合运用,得到综合性能优异的热反射长效防护复合涂层。试验结果表明该复合涂层具有优异的隔热降温和长效防腐效果。
Long-term exposure to the sun’s petrochemical storage tank there is a comprehensive problem of cooling and long-term preservation. From the perspective of composite coating design, the thermal spraying sacrificial anode coating is combined with the heat-reflecting organic coating to obtain a long-term heat-protection composite coating with excellent comprehensive performance. The test results show that the composite coating has excellent thermal insulation and long-term preservation effect.
