苏霍姆林斯基说:“在人的心灵深处,有一种根深蒂固的需要,就是希望自己是一个发现者、研究者、探索者。”课堂中,不妨留一方“土地”给孩子,让孩子做舞台的主角,让学生在学习探索的过程中,通过交流、讨论、合作学习等方式,适时有效给予引导和帮助,让学生走上舞台,在舞台上跳出水平,由讲台引向课桌,从面向全班到面向小组,互教互学,孩子们在多向交流中学得主动、积极,迸发出学习的热情,奏出课堂的强音。
