目的提高液相色谱-质谱法测量猪尿中盐酸克伦特罗的准确度和可靠性。方法建立液相色谱-质谱法测定猪尿中盐酸克伦特罗结果不确定度评定的数学模型,综合分析测量过程中的不确定度来源,同时对结果的不确定度进行分析。结果液相色谱-质谱法测猪尿中盐酸克伦特罗引入不确定度的主要因素是仪器设备、标准曲线线性拟合和标准曲线系列配置。结论在实际检测中可通过加强对实验仪器设备的维护保养、控制标准曲线校准过程和标准溶液的配制过程,降低测量结果的不确定度。
Objective To improve the accuracy and reliability of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in the determination of clenbuterol in pig urine. Methods A mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty of the results of Clenbuterol hydrochloride in pig urine by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The sources of the uncertainties during the measurement were comprehensively analyzed. At the same time, the uncertainty of the results was analyzed. Results The main factors that led to the introduction of uncertainty in determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride in pig urine by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry were the equipment, standard curve fitting and standard curve fitting. Conclusion In the actual testing, we can reduce the uncertainty of measurement results by strengthening the maintenance of experimental equipment, controlling the calibration process of calibration curve and standard solution preparation.
