为探究防冻剂对煤矸石混凝土力学性能的影响,以防冻剂种类、不同掺量和养护温度等为因素进行对比试验,分析其对煤矸石混凝土强度影响水平和作用机制。结果表明:通过单掺不同防冻剂标养煤矸石混凝土强度分析,早强效果显著性为氯化钙>硝酸钙>乙二醇;养护环境由负温度到正温度,基准煤矸石混凝土的抗压强度损失率与养护温度呈正相关;在-5℃和-10℃养护环境中,不同掺量3种防冻剂对负温煤矸石混凝土均起一定防冻效果,其显著性体现为氯化钙>硝酸钙>乙二醇。
In order to explore the influence of antifreeze agent on the mechanical properties of coal gangue concrete, comparative tests were carried out with the types of antifreezing agent, different dosage and curing temperature as the factors, and the influence of the antifreeze on the mechanical strength of coal gangue concrete was analyzed. The results show that the strength of early-hardened concrete is calcium chloride> calcium nitrate> ethylene glycol, and the curing environment is from negative temperature to positive temperature. The compressive strength of coal gangue concrete The strength loss rate is positively correlated with the curing temperature.
