口服给予利脑心0.25和0.5g生药/kg,能明显改善实验性脑梗大鼠的神经症状,使脑梗塞面积显著减小,延长断头后小鼠喘气时间,并能增加其脑内ATP和磷酸肌酸(Pcr)含量,降低其乳酸含量。将1×10-5和1×10-4g/ml浓度的利脑心液进行大鼠脑在位灌流对大鼠血管无明显影响。试验结果表明,利脑心的脑保护作用可能与改变能量代谢有关,而与脑血管阻力无关。
Oral administration of 0.25 and 0.5 g crude drug/kg of LiXinxin can significantly improve the neurological symptoms of experimental cerebral infarction rats, significantly reduce the area of cerebral infarction, prolong the gasping time of mice after decapitation, and increase their brain ATP and phosphocreatine (Pcr) levels reduce their lactic acid content. Concentrations of 1×10 -5 and 1×10 -4 g/ml of Lisin heart liquor in rat brain perfusion have no significant effect on rat blood vessels. The experimental results show that the cerebral protective effects of Linaoxin may be related to changes in energy metabolism, but not to cerebral vascular resistance.
