目的:建立HPLC法测定盆炎净片中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil KR100-5 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5 ml·L~(-1)三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调节pH至2.5)(14:86)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为230 nm。结果:芍药苷的线性范围为68~1692 ng(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为0.4%(n=9)。结论:该方法结果准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于盆炎净片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Penyanjianpian. METHODS: Kromasil KR100-5 C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used in acetonitrile-0.5 ml·L -1 triethylamine (adjusted to pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid) (14: 86) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 with a detection wavelength of 230 nm. Results: The linear range of paeoniflorin ranged from 68 to 1692 ng (r = 1.000 0) with an average recovery of 99.84% and a RSD of 0.4% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Pan Yan Jing Zhi.
