提出了通过控制风机运行台数和转速实现风冷热回收冷水机组热回收率可调的方法和热回收综合COP的分析方法,试验研究和分析了制冷系统的运行参数和性能的变化规律。结果表明,在45℃和50℃热水出水温度下,机组制冷COP分别提高14%~22%和3.9%~6.2%,热回收综合COP分别达到了4.44~6.67和3.9~5.51;在45,50,55℃热水出水温度下,达到最高比率热回收量时,获得高达292,257,186kW回收热量所增加的功耗分别为3.6,6.7,14.7kW。
The method to adjust the heat recovery rate of the air-cooled heat recovery chiller unit by controlling the number of fans and the speed of rotation and the analysis method of the heat recovery comprehensive COP are put forward. The variation of operating parameters and performance of the cooling system are experimentally studied and analyzed. The results show that COP of unit refrigeration increases by 14% -22% and 3.9% -6.2% at 45 ℃ and 50 ℃, respectively. The COP of heat recovery reaches 4.44 ~ 6.67 and 3.9 ~ 5.51 at 45, 50,55 ℃ hot water temperature, the highest rate of heat recovery, get up to 292,257,186kW recovered heat increased by 3.6,6.7,14.7kW respectively.
