公共政策的价值取向问题是公共政策的基本问题,不同的价值取向可能把公共政策引向不同的方向,从而产生不同的政策效果。本文通过对市场经济条件下建立以公平为导向的公共政策的必要性分析,提出了构建我国公共政策的几点建议,指出制定公平公正的公共政策对于我国建设和谐社会发挥着重要作用。 The value orientation of public policy is the basic issue of public policy. Different value orientation may lead public policy to different directions, resulting in different policy effects. Based on the analysis of the necessity of establishing fairness-oriented public policy in the market economy, this article puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the public policy in our country. It points out that establishing a fair and equitable public policy plays an important role in building a harmonious society in our country.
