本文报导了灭幼脲Ⅰ号及其两种类似物:灭幼脲Ⅱ号和1—(4—氯苯基)—3—(2—氯苯甲酰基)脲对亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis (Guene’e)生长发育抑制效应的比较研究。灭幼脲Ⅰ号及其两种类似物分别以1000,500,100,50,10,5,1ppm加入人工饲料中,用这些含有药物的人工饲料喂刚孵化出来的玉米螟动虫三日,观察并比较其杀幼虫及致迟效应。结果表明灭幼脲Ⅰ号,Ⅱ号和1—(4—氯苯基)—3—(2—氯苯甲酰基)脲的半致死浓度分别为3.38,7.24和53.70 ppm。致死效应与药物浓度密切相关。以灭幼脲Ⅰ号的致死效应为最高。毒性大小顺序为灭幼脲Ⅰ号>Ⅱ号>1—(—4—氯苯基)—3(2—氯苯甲酰基)脲。除具有杀幼虫效应外这些药物还具有致迟效应。
In this paper, the effects of diflubenzuron I and its two analogues: diflubenzuron II and 1- (4-chlorophenyl) -3- (2-chlorobenzoyl) urea on Ostrinia furnacalis ’e) Comparison of growth inhibition effects. The order of toxicity was diflubenzuron I> II> 1 - (- 4-chlorophenyl) -3 (2-chlorobenzoyl) urea. In addition to having a larvicidal effect these drugs also have delayed effects.
