随着预应力及高强材料的出现,极大的增大了桥梁的跨径,挂篮悬臂施工法逐渐出现在大跨径桥梁施工领域。由于具有不阻碍桥下正常交通、不需要大量的基础设备且能很好的应用并发挥出预应力混凝土结构中所具有的强抗弯的优势,从整体上促进跨越能力的提高。因此在跨越山谷、河流、湖泊、铁路以及公路等大型桥梁建设中广泛运用。本文通过研究挂篮悬臂施工的主要工艺与珠海西部沿海延长线B匝道桥挂篮悬臂施工相关应用,在具体施工作业中具有指导意义。
With the advent of prestressed and high-strength materials, the span of the bridge is greatly increased, and the cantilever construction method of hanging basket gradually appears in the construction of large-span bridges. It has the advantages of not hindering normal traffic under the bridge, not needing a large amount of basic equipment and being able to exert its advantages of strong bending resistance in prestressed concrete structures and thus promote the improvement of span capability as a whole. Therefore, it is widely used in the construction of large bridges across valleys, rivers, lakes, railways and highways. In this paper, through the research of the main technology of hanging cantilever construction and the application of cantilever construction of B ramp bridge hanging basket along the extension line of west coast of Zhuhai, it is instructive in concrete construction work.
