公司在谋求公司及股东的最大经济利益的同时,应当履行对消费者的社会责任。公司对消费者的社会责任与其盈利性目的之间的矛盾、冲突是绝对的,补偿与相互促进是相对的。消费者、公司共同努力是协调这对矛盾的较好做法。公司内部机制、政府干预机制和社会监督机制共同发挥作用是促成公司履行对消费者社会责任的理想选择。
While seeking the maximum economic benefits of the company and its shareholders, the company should fulfill its social responsibility toward consumers. Conflicts between the corporate social responsibility of consumers and their profit-making purposes are absolute, and compensation and mutual promotion are relative. The joint efforts of consumers and companies are a good way to coordinate these contradictions. The internal mechanism of the company, the mechanism of government intervention and the mechanism of social supervision play a role in promoting the company to fulfill its ideal choice for the social responsibility of consumers.
