体内各组织上的受体并非不变,作为细胞的组分之一,它们在参与新陈代谢的同时,还要受到各种生理、病理及药物因素的调节而发生变化。受体调节主要有增敏和脱敏两种类型。增敏的机制尚缺乏深入的研究;而脱敏的机制则涉及受体磷酸化、受体内移、受体的负协同效应、膜磷脂代谢的变化及信号传导系统的变化等诸多方面。受体正常的调节及变化是维持内环境稳定的重要因素,而受体的异常变化则是致病的一个原因。与疾病有关的受体的异常变化主要有:异常受体及异常偶联蛋白的表达,受体免疫性、数目、亲和力及特异性的变化等
Receptors in various tissues in the body are not invariable. As one of the components of cells, they are involved in the metabolism and also undergo changes of various physiological, pathological and drug factors. Receptor modulation mainly sensitization and desensitization two types. The mechanisms of desensitization are still lack of further research. The mechanism of desensitization involves many aspects such as receptor phosphorylation, internal translocation, negative synergistic effect of receptors, changes of membrane phospholipid metabolism and signal transduction system. The normal regulation and change of the receptor is an important factor to maintain the stability of the internal environment, and the abnormal changes of the receptor are one of the causes of the disease. Abnormal changes in disease-related receptors include: abnormal receptor and abnormal coupling protein expression, receptor immunity, number, affinity and specificity of changes
