目的:研究接受室溶液对盐酸丁卡因离子导入的影响。方法:测定不同接受室溶液及相同接受室溶液不同浓度的盐酸丁卡因离子导入增渗倍数。结果:盐酸丁卡因离子导入增渗倍数随着接受室阴离子(氯离子)浓度的降低而增加,而与接受室溶液的离子强度和阳离子种类无关。结论:氯离子浓度影响盐酸丁卡因离子导入增渗倍数
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of receptor solution on tetracaine hydrochloride iontophoresis. Methods: To determine the infiltration multiples of different concentrations of tetracaine hydrochloride in different receiving solution and the same receiving solution. Results: The infiltration multiples of tetracaine hydrochloride increased with the decrease of anion (chloride) concentration in the receiving chamber, but not with the ionic strength and the type of cation of the receiving chamber. Conclusion: The concentration of chloride ion affects the infiltration multiples of tetracaine hydrochloride
