土壤中全磷的测定,要求把无机磷全部溶解,同时把有机磷氧化为无机磷,因此测定土壤全磷第一步是样品分解,第二步是溶液中磷的测定。样品分解常规方法是高温炉碱熔,制备待测液。据南京土壤研究所《土壤理化分析》一书中可用四孔小电炉碱熔的提示,为解决在没有高温炉设备的条件下也能测定土壤全磷、全钾这两个项目,特进行用普通电炉碱熔测定全磷与常规方法对比试验研究。试验结果,经相关性分析,说明用电炉碱熔测定全磷是可行的。
