为了解决陕北某矿浅埋煤层顺槽支护困难的问题,采用现场监测和松动圈测试方法对采动影响下的顺槽围岩破坏规律进行了分析,研究得到原支护形式中的锚杆长度小于巷道围岩松动圈厚度而未能发挥其支护性能。基于松动圈支护理论,提出了将顶板、帮部锚杆长度由2.1 m增加到2.6 m,增加W钢带,同时在帮部增设钢筋网的支护方案。
In order to solve the problem of the shallow coal seam along the trough in a certain mine in northern Shaanxi, the rupture law of surrounding rock under the influence of mining is analyzed by on-site monitoring and loose ring test. The length of the bar is less than the thickness of the surrounding rock loose ring and can not play its supporting performance. Based on the theory of loose ring support, this paper proposes to increase the length of the roof and the bollards from 2.1 m to 2.6 m, increase the W steel strip, and provide the support plan of reinforcing steel mesh in the gang department.
