目前对于呼吸治疗师的教学方法存在一定局限性,传统教学方法多以理论知识为主,实际操作较少;出于医疗安全等方面的考虑,床旁教学难度大,就患者进行实践培训的机会非常少。仿真模拟肺系统可以通过模拟不同病理生理情况下肺通气/氧合情况,不同呼吸支持条件下的呼吸力学参数等,对新呼吸治疗师进行规范化培训的教学,具有直观明了、参与性强、可反复实践等优点。模拟肺还可根据不同肺部疾病的特点进行考题设置,请考生根据病例特点及模拟肺提示的参数进行分析及呼吸机参数的调节,使考核具有更开放灵活的优势,更贴近临床实际。因此,传统教学和仿真模拟肺教学相结合,可有效提高呼吸治疗师规范化培训教学的质量。
