仿真模拟肺系统在呼吸治疗师规范化培训教学中的应用

目前对于呼吸治疗师的教学方法存在一定局限性,传统教学方法多以理论知识为主,实际操作较少;出于医疗安全等方面的考虑,床旁教学难度大,就患者进行实践培训的机会非常少。仿真模拟肺系统可以通过模拟不同病理生理情况下肺通气/氧合情况,不同呼吸支持条件下的呼吸力学参数等,对新呼吸治疗师进行规范化培训的教学,具有直观明了、参与性强、可反复实践等优点。模拟肺还可根据不同肺部疾病的特点进行考题设置,请考生根据病例特点及模拟肺提示的参数进行分析及呼吸机参数的调节,使考核具有更开放灵活的优势,更贴近临床实际。因此,传统教学和仿真模拟肺教学相结合,可有效提高呼吸治疗师规范化培训教学的质量。 At present, teaching methods for respiratory therapists have some limitations. The traditional teaching methods are mostly based on theoretical knowledge, and the practical operation is less. For reasons of medical safety and the like, the bedside teaching is difficult and opportunities for practical training are given to the patients very few. Simulated simulated lung system can simulate the different pathophysiological conditions of lung ventilation / oxygenation, respiratory parameters under different breathing conditions, training of new respiratory therapist standardized training, with intuitive, and strong participation, and Repeated practice and so on. Simulated lungs can also be based on the characteristics of different lung disease test questions set, the candidates according to the characteristics of cases and simulated pulmonary cues prompted to analyze the parameters and ventilator parameters adjustment, so that assessment has a more open and flexible advantages, closer to clinical practice. Therefore, the combination of traditional teaching and simulated simulated lung teaching can effectively improve the quality of standardized training and teaching of respiratory therapists.
