目的 研究了硒云芝多糖 (Se- PSK)对巨噬细胞一氧化氮 (NO)含量的影响。方法 用 Grisse法测定 Se-PSK在不同剂量、不同作用时间中 NO的产量 ,并与云芝多糖 (PSK)作同步比较。结果 Se- PSK在 40 0 μg/ m L 作用 48h达到 NO释放的峰值 ,与 PSK比较效果更为明显。结论 Se- PSK能显著促进巨噬细胞释放 NO,并有明显的剂量依赖关系。
Objective To study the effect of Se-PSK on nitric oxide (NO) content in macrophages. Methods The production of NO in Se-PSK at different doses and time was measured by Grisse method and compared with that of PSK. Results Se-PSK reached the peak of NO release at 40 0 μg/m L for 48 h, which was more significant than that of PSK. Conclusion Se-PSK can significantly promote the release of NO from macrophages and has a significant dose-dependent relationship.
