本文在分析了不同生态条件苹果繁殖器官中的附生微生物的基础上,从已获得的292株菌(全部附生微生物)中筛选出11株对A.alternata(苹果霉心病的主要病原)具抑制作用的拮抗微生物,它们主要属于芽孢杆菌属和链霉菌属。拮抗菌B_(25)和A_(32)的田间试验结果表明:对苹果霉心病的防治效果都比多菌灵好,跟踪检测结果,B_(25)和A_(32)都能在与它们原来存在的生态条件完全不同的苹果树上定殖下来。
