目的:探讨nm23-H1和c-myc在肾上腺皮质肿瘤中的表达及意义,为临床早期诊断肾上腺皮质癌、判断肾上腺皮质癌预后提供理论依据。方法:采用免疫组化检测nm23-H1和c-myc在肾上腺皮质癌、肾上腺皮质腺瘤、瘤旁正常组织中的表达水平。结果:nm23-H1在肾上腺皮质癌表达与肾上腺皮质腺瘤比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但肾上腺皮质癌转移组表达程度与无转移组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);c-myc在肾上腺皮质癌表达高于肾上腺皮质腺瘤和瘤旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);nm23-H1、c-myc在肾上腺皮质癌中表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:nm23-H1可作为判别肾上腺皮质癌预后的检测指标。c-myc可能参与肾上腺皮质癌的发生、发展,检测c-myc对鉴别肾上腺皮质癌、肾上腺皮质腺瘤有重要的参考意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of nm23-H1 and c-myc in adrenocortical tumors and to provide a theoretical basis for early diagnosis of adrenocortical carcinoma and prognosis of adrenocortical carcinoma. Methods: The expression of nm23-H1 and c-myc in adrenocortical carcinoma, adrenocortical adenoma and adjacent normal tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: There was no significant difference in the expression of nm23-H1 between adrenal cortical adenocarcinoma and adrenocortical adenocarcinoma (P> 0.05), but the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) ). The expression of c-myc in adrenocortical carcinoma was higher than that in adrenocortical adenoma and adjacent normal tissue (P <0.05). There was no correlation between the expression of nm23-H1 and c-myc in adrenocortical carcinoma P> 0.05). Conclusion: nm23-H1 can be used as a predictor of prognosis of adrenocortical carcinoma. c-myc may be involved in the occurrence and development of adrenal cortical carcinoma, c-myc detection of adrenocortical cancer, adrenocortical adenoma have important reference value.
