数字电路具有体积小、性能强等优势,目前已被广泛应用到雷达装备中,这也使得雷达装备结构变得更加复杂,在不断提升雷达性能的同时,也大大增加了雷达测试与诊断的难度。本文就以雷达电子电路板板级故障诊断的主要故障类型作为研究的切入点,在此基础上,以雷达电路板中典型的微处理数字电路板为例,对数字电路板板级故障的诊断及其实现方案展开探讨。
