氩弧焊是一种先进的焊接方法,用途广泛,可用于焊接不锈钢、耐热钢及各种有色金属,随着工业的发展,其应用范围与日俱增。本焊接法用高频电起弧,弧温高,弧光强,可产生大量臭氧、氮氧化物及金属粉尘等有害物质。在防护不佳、作业环境通风不良、连续操作时间过长等情况下,可给工人带来不同程度的危害。它可引起呼吸道刺激征、神经衰弱症候群、金属烟雾热、支气管炎、细支气管炎、肺炎、肺水肿及尘肺等,重者可致死。我们遇到两例接触氩弧焊接引起的急性肺水肿病例,兹报道如下。
TIG welding is an advanced welding method, widely used, can be used for welding stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and a variety of non-ferrous metals, with the industrial development, its growing range of applications. The welding method with high frequency electric arc, high arc temperature, strong arc, can produce a large amount of ozone, nitrogen oxides and metal dust and other harmful substances. In the poor protection, poor ventilation of the operating environment, continuous operation for a long time and other circumstances, can give workers a different degree of harm. It can cause respiratory irritation, neurasthenia syndrome, metal smoke fever, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, pneumonia, pulmonary edema and pneumoconiosis, severe cases can be fatal. We have encountered two cases of acute pulmonary edema caused by exposure to argon arc welding, are reported below.
