目的:分析对老年抑郁症合并糖尿病患者实施健康指导联合心理护理的应用效果.方法:选取2020年4月～2020年12月在本院治疗的84例老年抑郁症合并糖尿病患者,随机平均分为研究组与对照组,对照组实行常规护理,研究组实施健康指导联合心理护理,对比两组患者护理满意度.结果:研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:对老年抑郁症合并糖尿病患者实施健康指导联合心理护理能够缓解患者抑郁情绪.“,”Objective: To analyze the application effect of health guidance and joint psychological care for elderly depression and diabetic patients. Methods: 84 patients with combined diabetes of elderly depression treated in the hospital from April 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group, routine nursing was implemented in control group, and health guidance combined psychological care was implemented in the study group, comparing the nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The combined psychological care of health guidance for elderly depression and diabetes patients can alleviate the depression of patients.
