目的探讨抗癌扶正方(KFP)的抗肝癌作用及机制。方法采用人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721,经过细胞培养、MTT法、流式细胞仪检测抗癌扶正方对肝癌细胞生长抑制率的影响及对Bcl-2基因表达的调控作用。结果抗癌扶正方具有良好的抑制肝癌细胞生长作用,尤其以1,10 mg/mL剂量组的效果最佳,作用程度与化疗药物类似。结论抗癌扶正方能够抑制人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721活性。其机理在于下调凋亡抑制基因Bcl-2的表达,促进细胞凋亡的产生。
Objective To investigate the anti-cancer effect of Fangzhong Recipes (KFP) and its mechanism. Methods Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 was used to detect the effect of Fangzheng Fuzheng Recipe on the growth inhibition rate of hepatocarcinoma cells and the regulation of Bcl-2 gene expression by cell culture, MTT assay and flow cytometry. Results Fangzhengfangzheng Fang has a good inhibitory effect on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells, especially at the dose of 1 and 10 mg / mL, the effect is best and the degree of action is similar to chemotherapy drugs. Conclusion Fangzheng Fuzheng Fang can inhibit the activity of SMMC-7721 cells. The mechanism is to down-regulate the expression of apoptosis-inhibiting gene Bcl-2 and promote the generation of apoptosis.
