The meeting was held in Beijing. We are very honored to be hosts. On behalf of the Chinese government, Chinese people, and Chinese scientists, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the meeting and warmly welcome the scientists from all countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Oceania who attended the meeting. Today, there are over 100 representatives from more than 30 countries on four continents.
