随着飞机向高速高空高温工作条件的发展,对于航空仪表及其附件的要求也越来越高。我厂承担生产的传感器要求在300℃高温条件下工作,在其内部有一个用来实现机械量变为电量的电位器组件。它是由54个涂釉耐高温电阻器件组成的,而电阻器件的制造成为生产的关键。我们立足于厂内现有的生产条件积极开展新工艺试验研究工作,初步摸索和掌握了用国产原材料生产涂釉耐高温电阻器件的工艺技术并应用于生产,满足了产品装配要求。下面谈一谈涂釉耐高温电阻器件的主要制造过程及试验方法。一、陶瓷管的制造陶瓷管是电阻器件的绝缘支撑体要求用纯度为99%的氧化铝粉经压坯,高温烧结和磨削 As the aircraft to high-speed high-altitude high-temperature working conditions, the requirements for aeronautical instruments and accessories are also getting higher and higher.
