作者用反相HPLC 的梯度洗脱法,可同时测定复方片剂中巯甲丙脯酸(Ⅰ)与双氢氯噻嗪(Ⅱ)二种成分及其分解产物——巯甲丙腩酸二硫化物和双氢氯噻嗪二磺酰氨的含量。样品以甲醇提取,离心,将提取液注入苯基柱中,用甲醇磷酸水溶液作梯度洗脱,于210nm 波长处检测。仪器为:HPLC 梯度系统带有流速及流动相组分控制装置,连接50×0.2cm 饱和柱内装37μm 硅酸。入口滤过器(2 μm);环状进样器(20 μl);反相苯基柱,5或10μm,250~300mm×内径4.6mm;可变波长检出器210 nm 波长;柱温保持约30℃、双通道具有输入、输出功能的记录器,一通道记录(Ⅰ)及(Ⅱ)峰,
