简报编写在党政机关、社会团体和各类企事业单位日常办公事务中的应用十分普遍。但是由于简报与国家行政机关和文书档案部门严格规定的文书不同,没有在法规上对其概念、用途和编写方法进行界定,这使得在对简报概念的理解、简报的应用以及简报的教学上存在着不少谬误和混乱。在教学过程中,学生经常对简报提出许多疑问。本文结合自己的教学实际和当前简报发展的新动态,就简报编写的若干问题提出个人一些看法,希望抛砖引玉,引起理论界和机关文 The preparation of briefing papers is very common in the daily office work of party and government organs, social organizations and various types of enterprises and institutions.
