第十五届中国国际软件博览会于2011年5月12～14日在北京隆重举行。本届软博会上,上海软件产业第二次组团亮相,以上海市花——“白玉兰”为创意源泉,集中展示了上海软件产业的“黄金十年、做大做强、基础软件、工业软件、智慧城市、云海计划”六大主题,凸显了“对接国家战略、促进创新转型;支撑智慧城市、发展高端软件”的产业发展思路。开幕式结束后,工信部部长苗圩、副部长杨学山等国家各部委主要领导纷纷莅临上海展区参观视察。
