厚板辊式矫直机压下规程计算公式的推导与修正

以矫直单元为研究对象,考虑了辊距的不同,利用几何方法推导出了适用于2800七辊厚板矫直机压下规程的计算公式,并引进了修正系数X。根据公式计算出30,50和70 mm厚度轧件的矫直压下规程,并在Abaqus中建立了矫直过程的有限元模型。通过调整修正系数X的值,最终得出满足各轧件矫后不平直度要求的矫直压下规程。经过数据处理,归纳出了修正系数与板厚之间的关系,确定了修正系数X的取值。使用修正后的计算公式,计算出40和60 mm厚度轧件的矫直压下规程,通过有限元方法进行验证,矫直后的轧件的不平直度小于1 mm·m~(-1),满足高质量厚板对平直度的要求,因此修正后的矫直压下规程计算公式的精度得到提高。 Taking the straightening unit as the research object, taking into consideration the difference of the roll gap, the calculation formula for the depressing schedule of the 2800 seven-roller thick plate straightening machine was deduced by the geometric method, and the correction coefficient X was introduced. According to the formula, the straightening and rolling procedures of 30, 50 and 70 mm thick rolling stock were calculated, and the finite element model of straightening process was established in Abaqus. By adjusting the value of the correction factor X, the final straightening and pressing rules that meet the requirements of the unevenness of the rolled products are obtained. After data processing, the relationship between the correction factor and the thickness of the plate is summarized, and the value of the correction factor X is determined. Using the corrected calculation formula, the straightening and pressing regulations of 40 and 60 mm thick rolling stock were calculated and verified by the finite element method. The straightened rolling unevenness was less than 1 mm · m -1 ), To meet the requirements of high-quality thick plate flatness, so the correction of straightening the rules of calculation formula is improved.
