高校学生人身伤害一旦发生,校方、家长、学生三方均会感到棘手而难以应付。实践中各高校对学生安全问题制定有各种预案,学界对此问题也从各种角度和体系进行探讨。但均不能涵盖所有高校学生所发生的人身伤害事故,也没有系统性的处理该问题的理论研究。本文对该问题仅简单、清晰地以身份进行定义,并把高校人身伤害事故分为两大类,认为综合利用学校与社会的各种资源建立起对该类事故的防范体系。 In the event of personal injuries of college students, the school, parents and students will feel difficult and difficult to cope with. In practice, various colleges and universities have formulated various plans for student safety issues. The academic circles also discussed this issue from various angles and systems. However, it can not cover the personal injury accidents of all university students or the systematic theoretical research on this issue. In this paper, the problem is simply and clearly defined by identity, and the college injury accidents are divided into two categories, that the comprehensive utilization of various resources of schools and society to establish a preventive system for such accidents.
