在当今知识经济时代,国家、企业之间的竞争焦点表现在人才的较量上。在“一带一路”经济调整大背景下,人才的回流对促进新疆企业的发展尤为重要。但怎样吸引并挽留高素质人才是新疆企业面临的重要难题。本文将对新疆企业人才流失问题进行研究,并提出人才回流对策。
In today’s era of knowledge economy, competition among nations and enterprises is reflected in the contest of talent. Under the backdrop of economic adjustment of the Belt and Road initiative, the return of qualified personnel is particularly important for promoting the development of Xinjiang enterprises. However, how to attract and retain high-quality talent is an important challenge for Xinjiang enterprises. This article will study the problem of brain drain in Xinjiang enterprises and put forward the countermeasure of brain drain.
