在分析基于正交小波变换的盲均衡算法和遗传算法理论的基础上,提出了基于遗传优化的正交小波盲均衡算法(GA-WTCMA)。该算法将遗传算法引入到正交小波盲均衡算法(WTCMA)中,利用遗传算法的全局搜索特性,对均衡器权向量进行优化,以降低WTCMA局部收敛的可能性,减小稳态误差,并针对遗传算法的局部搜索能力差,在遗传算法中嵌入模拟退火思想,得到了基于模拟退火遗传优化的正交小波盲均衡算法(SA-GA-WTCMA),纠正了遗传算法的早熟现象,进一步减小稳态误差,加快了收敛速度。水声信道仿真结果,验证了该算法的有效性。
Based on the analysis of blind equalization algorithm and genetic algorithm theory based on Orthogonal Wavelet Transform (OWC), an orthogonal wavelet blind equalization algorithm (GA-WTCMA) based on genetic optimization is proposed. The algorithm introduces the genetic algorithm into the Orthogonal Wavelet Blind Equalization (WTCMA) algorithm. By using the global search property of genetic algorithm, the equalizer weight vector is optimized to reduce the possibility of WTCMA local convergence and reduce the steady-state error. Aimed at the poor local search ability of genetic algorithm, SA-GA-WTCMA algorithm based on simulated annealing genetic algorithm is proposed to embed simulated annealing in genetic algorithm, and the premature phenomenon of genetic algorithm is corrected. Small steady-state error, speed up the convergence rate. Acoustic channel simulation results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
