作者对二甲肼诱发的大鼠大肠癌自发性淋巴结转移模型首次用冷冻割断技术进行研究,探讨大肠癌淋巴结转移过程及其与血道转移的关系。结果表明:冷冻割断电镜技术较易观察癌细胞与血管的关系,大肠癌向淋巴结转移时,首先出现于被膜下窦,并在淋巴窦形成癌栓向周围组织浸润,而且淋巴结转移灶内存在瘤细胞淋巴与血道转移的双重途径,其中毛细血管后微静脉可能起着重要作用。
The authors studied the spontaneous lymph node metastasis model induced by dimethyl sulphonate in rats for the first time using cryoscission technique to investigate the relationship between lymph node metastasis and hematogenous metastasis in colorectal cancer. The results showed that the relationship between cancer cells and blood vessels can be easily observed by cryosectioning electron microscopy. When the colorectal cancer metastasizes to lymph nodes, it first appears in the subintimal sinus and infiltrates into the surrounding tissue in the lymphoid sinusoids and there are tumors in the lymph node metastases. The dual pathway of cell lymphatics and hematogenous metastasis, where postcapillary venules may play an important role.
