目的:探讨癫痫患者外周血肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平变化及其与脑电图的关系。方法:选择我院神经内科2006-01/2009-01收治癫痫患者72例和同期健康体检者50例。采用ELISA法测定发作后1 h、24 h血清TNF-α和IL-2水平,同时做常规脑电图检查,研究患者TNF-α和IL-2表达水平与脑电图的关系。结果:癫痫患者发作后1 h、24 h血清TNF-α和IL-2表达水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);72例癫痫患者血清TNF-α和IL-2表达水平之间呈显著正相关(r=0.479,P<0.01);癫痫组患者发作后1h脑电图异常率为80.6%(58/72),发作后24 h为68.1%(49/72),发作后1 h脑电图异常率明显高于发作后24 h(P<0.05);癫痫发作后1 h及24 h,脑电图异常患者的血清TNF-α和IL-2表达水平均明显高于脑电图正常患者表达水平(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫患者存在着细胞免疫功能低下,且离癫痫发作期的时限越近,血清TNF-α和IL-2的水平越高,脑电图异常率越高,脑电图改变与TNF-α及IL-2的表达水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in peripheral blood of patients with epilepsy and its relationship with EEG. Methods: 72 patients with epilepsy and 50 healthy subjects were enrolled in Department of Neurology, our hospital from January 2006 to January 2009. Serum levels of TNF-α and IL-2 at 1 and 24 h after the onset of seizures were determined by ELISA. At the same time, routine electroencephalography was performed to investigate the relationship between the levels of TNF-α and IL-2 and EEG. Results: The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in epileptic patients at 1 h and 24 h after operation were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in 72 epilepsy patients (R = 0.479, P <0.01). The frequency of EEG abnormalities in epileptic patients was 80.6% (58/72) at 1 hour and 68.1% (49/72) at 24 hours after the onset of attack, EEG abnormalities were significantly higher than those at 24 hours after onset (P <0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in patients with EEG abnormalities at 1 and 24 h after epileptic seizure were significantly higher than those at EEG Normal patient expression level (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Epilepsy patients have low cellular immune function and are closer to the time limit of seizure. The higher the level of serum TNF-α and IL-2, the higher the EEG abnormality rate.
