结合蜗轮蜗杆在现代工业中的应用,分析了开发蜗轮蜗杆软件模块的必要性。根据蜗轮蜗杆的设计原理,软件工程学理论,对建立其软件模块系统进行了结构及功能分析;以AutoCAD为开发平台,SQL Server为数据库支撑,在VBA自动绘图技术和数表的插值法查询技术的基础上建立了蜗轮蜗杆传动的软件模块。实现了普通圆柱蜗杆传动的参数化设计,对提高蜗杆传动设计的效率和可靠性提供了一种有效手段。
Combined with the application of worm gear in modern industry, the necessity of developing worm gear software module was analyzed.
