互联网时代对党务工作提出了新的机遇和挑战。然而,宏观上党建党务工作中“路径依赖”的惯性和微观上党员信息素养的制约等因素,致使互联网技术的运用尚处于自发阶段。致公党基层组织也是这样。新形势下,致公党要发扬和巩固侨海特色,亟需结合互联网+的优势,全面提升党员参与,加强基层组织工作的实效性。 The Internet era has brought new opportunities and challenges to party work. However, due to such factors as the inertia of “path dependence” and the restriction of information literacy of upper-class party members on the macro level, the use of Internet technology is still at a spontaneous stage. The same is true for the grass-roots party organizations. Under the new situation, the KDP must carry forward and consolidate its overseas Chinese characteristics. It is imperative to combine the advantages of the Internet + to comprehensively enhance party members’ participation and enhance the effectiveness of grassroots organizations.
