目的:研究在全院级PACS建设和应用中,各类影像的统一识别、存储、传输和临床应用。方法:结合医院实际情况和影像科室、临床科室的业务需求,进行PACS架构设计、优化患者身份识别、建立分级存储架构、确立数据一致性规则,确保医学影像从影像科室向临床的高效传输,方便临床调阅。结果:以相对合理的投入,取得了良好的应用效果,较好地解决了患者身份识别、影像分级存储、数据一致性等关键问题。结论:全院级PACS建设需结合医院实际情况,更容易获得高性价比的应用。
Objective: To study the uniform identification, storage, transmission and clinical application of all kinds of images in the construction and application of PACS. Methods: According to the actual situation of the hospital and the business needs of imaging departments and clinical departments, we designed PACS architecture, optimized patient identification, established a hierarchical storage architecture, established data consistency rules, and ensured the efficient transmission of medical images from the imaging department to the clinic. Clinical review. Results: With a relatively reasonable input, good results have been achieved and the key issues such as patient identification, image classification and storage, data consistency and so on have been solved well. Conclusion: The hospital-wide PACS construction needs to be more cost-effective to use in combination with the actual situation in the hospital.
