目的:考察~(60)Co-γ射线辐照灭菌效果及对中药地黄和龙胆有效成分的影响。方法:选择5,8,10kGy3种辐照剂量对地黄、龙胆饮片进行辐照。比较辐照前后饮片的杂菌和霉菌总数及其有效成分梓醇和龙胆苦苷的含量。结果:两味中药在经过5kGy的辐照后,都能达到卫生学标准要求,经过5,8,10kGy辐照后,龙胆所含的成分龙胆苦苷均有明显变化。结论:60CO-γ射线辐照灭菌的效果理想,但不是任何品种都能采用这种灭菌方法。
Objective: To investigate the radiation sterilization effect of ~ (60) Co-γ ray and its effect on the active constituents of Rehmannia glutinosa and gentian. Methods: Radiation of Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Gentianae was irradiated with 5, 8 and 10 kGy irradiation doses. The total number of bacteria and fungi in the slices before and after irradiation and the contents of catalpol and gentiopicroside were compared. Results: After the two herbs were irradiated by 5kGy, they all reached the standard of hygiene. After 5, 8 and 10kGy irradiation, the content of gentiopicroside in gentian obviously changed. Conclusion: 60CO-γ ray irradiation sterilization effect is satisfactory, but not any species can use this sterilization method.
