冷连轧连续轧制是1970年日本钢管首先实现的,其核心技术之一是动态变规格。日本动态变规格的设定控制数学模型是用秒流量相等条件,目前国内外冷连轧机基本上还都是用原日本钢管数学模型。我国对动态变规格技术十分重视,1978年在鞍钢开过专门会议,并发表专辑。当时钢铁研究院与中国科学院数学所合作开发了以动态张力为基础的动态变规格设定数学模型,该文在冶金自动化学术会议上发表,当时引起人们的重视,并于1979年在《钢铁》上发表。该文发表时间已久,但其基本观点、内容还是正确的、实用的。本文新增加了用Ф函数的设定数学模型,使其动态变规格设定控制模型更为简单、实用。
