【目的】测定不同药剂对意大利蝗的毒力和田间防治效果,为防治该虫提供理论依据。【方法】室内测定不同药剂对意大利蝗4龄、5龄蝗蝻和成虫进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验,并测定田间防治效果。【结果】3种药剂对意大利蝗的毒力LC50大小依次为:4龄蝗蝻对杀虫剂的毒力斑蝥素的毒力最高LC50为0.885mg/L,苦参碱和高效氯氰菊酯的毒力为269.528和869.887 mg/L。5龄蝗蝻对杀虫剂的毒力LC50在1.338~1 200.808 mg/L;成虫对这几种杀虫剂的毒力LC50在2.493~2 053.894 mg/L;田间药效结果表明,苦参碱效果最好,药后7 d的防效达到81.8%,其次是4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油药后7 d防效达到74%。【结论】苦参碱可溶性粉剂田间防治效果较好。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to determine the toxicity of different agents to the locusts and to control their effects in the field, providing a theoretical basis for the control of the insects. 【Method】 The indoor toxicity test and field efficacy test of 4th and 5th instar locusts and adults of Italian locust were determined by different agents in laboratory and the effect of field control was determined. 【Result】 The results showed that the LC50 sizes of the three agents against Italian locusts were as follows: the highest LC50 of the virulent cantharidin of the 4th instar locusts was 0.885 mg / L, and the virulence of matrine and beta-cypermethrin was 269.528 and 869.887 mg / L. The LC50 of the 5-year-old locusts to insecticides was between 1.338 and 1 200.808 mg / L, and the LC50 of adults to these insecticides was between 2.493 and 2.053.894 mg / L. The field efficacy results showed that matrine The best effect was 7 d after the drug control effect reached 81.8%, followed by 4.5% beta-cypermethrin drug 7 d control effect reached 74%. 【Conclusion】 Matrine soluble powder has better control effect in the field.
