通过在镁基喷嘴表面制备锡酸盐转化膜和化学镀层,对比分析了镁基材、转化膜和镀层的显微形貌、物相组成、腐蚀形貌和电化学性能。结果表明,锡酸盐转化前的试样表面物相由α-Mg和Mg_(17)Al_(12)组成,锡酸盐转化后表面膜层由α-Mg、Mg_(17)Al_(12)和Mg Sn O_3·3H_2O组成;化学镀层的表面腐蚀形貌相对锡酸盐转化膜更轻,而采用45 g/L Ni SO_4·6H_2O和60 g/L Na H_2PO_2的镀层没有发生明显腐蚀。
The microstructure, phase composition, corrosion morphology and electrochemical properties of magnesium substrate, conversion coating and coating were analyzed comparatively by preparing stannate conversion coating and electroless plating on the surface of Mg-based nozzle. The results show that the phase of the sample before the stannate transformation is composed of α-Mg and Mg 17 Al 12, and the stannate film is composed of α-Mg, Mg 17 Al 12, And Mg 3 O 3 · 3H 2 O. The surface morphology of the electroless plating is lighter than that of the stannate conversion coating, but no obvious corrosion is observed in the coating with 45 g / L Ni SO 4 · 6H 2 O and 60 g / L Na H 2 PO 2.
