为检查各种消除空气细菌方法的效果,需测定空气中细菌数量。国外用于测定的仪器和方法都比较复杂。近年利用微孔滤膜对大气中细菌进行采样分析,获得较好效果。此法简便易行,可进行等动力采样(气溶胶原流速与采样气体流速相等),阻留率高,物理损耗少,并能使活体粒子均匀阻留在滤膜上,便于进行培养分析。现将此法介绍如下。
To check the effectiveness of various airborne bacteria elimination methods, the amount of bacteria in the air is determined. Foreign instruments and methods for the determination are more complicated. In recent years, the use of microporous membrane bacteria in the atmosphere sampling analysis, get better results. This method is simple and can be used for dynamic sampling (aerosol flow rate and sample gas flow rate equal to the original), retention rate, less physical loss, and can make the living particles uniformly retained in the filter for easy culture analysis. Now this method is as follows.
