一、引言我们教研室和湖北孝感机床厂联合研制的数控高速曲轴磨床于1987年通过省级鉴定,并荣获1989年湖北省科技成果一等奖。该磨床采用如图1所示的闭环控制系统,一个工序能完成所有曲轴颈的半精磨、精磨,光磨和微量磨,并满足高的精度要求,但所使用的主动磨削控制仪是从日本进口,需要宝贵的外汇,而国内的同类型仪器又不能完全满足技术要求,为此我们承担了湖北省科委的科研项目“主动磨削控制仪”的研制工作。
I. INTRODUCTION The NC high-speed crankshaft grinder jointly developed by our department and Hubei Xiaogan Machine Tool Factory passed provincial appraisal in 1987 and won the first prize of scientific and technological achievements in Hubei Province in 1989. The grinder adopts the closed-loop control system as shown in Fig. 1, and one process can finish semi-fine grinding, fine grinding, light grinding and micro-grinding of all crankshafts and meet the requirements of high precision. However, the active grinding controller Is imported from Japan and needs precious foreign exchange. However, the same kind of instruments in China can not fully meet the technical requirements. Therefore, we have undertaken the research and development of “active grinding controller” of scientific research project of Hubei Science and Technology Commission.
