本文介绍一种简单、快速、重复性好的高脂血症模型。静脉注射Trit on 400mg/kg1次,3h后血脂开始升高,12h左右达高峰。β-LP24h后逐渐恢复正常,TC于72h仍高于对照。β-LP和TC都有一个明显、稳定的上升相和减退相。皮下和腹腔注射亦能使血清TC升高,但所需剂量较大或所需时间较长。此模型既可观察药物对血清脂质上升阶段的影响,也可检测药物对血清脂质减退程度的影响。用本法筛选药物1~2天即可得出结果。缺点是不能反映对外源性胆固醇吸收的影响。
